evangelical lutheran church in America (ELCA) - churchwide | learn more
This is Christ's church. There is a place for you here.
We are a church that shares a living, daring confidence in God's grace. Liberated by our faith, we embrace you as a whole person ― questions, complexities and all. Join us as we do God's work in Christ's name for the life of the world.
Churchwide is the national and international expression of our tradition. From missionaries overseas to our local congregations, we are “church together.”
We are a church that believes God is calling us into the world — together. Companion church relationships enrich and deepen our ministries by exposing us to global challenges and perspectives as we seek to work with one another to build up the body of Christ and the world.
elca - Northwest Intermountain synod | learn more
The synod is comprised of 92 worshipping communities that span a distance of 769 miles - from Chelan, Washington to Jackson, Wyoming. Our synod's congregations and leadership are working together to transform ourselves for the sake of service to the mission of outreach and for the call of Jesus on our lives together to tell others about him.
As a group of worshipping communities in this great part of our country, we are uniquely positioned to respond to the needs of our area, whether it is economic, environmental, or humanitarian. Many of our congregations partner with one another, and with other agencies in their communities, to do God’s work through their own stewardship of time and energy or through advocacy on behalf of those in particular need.
